His background spans origination, negotiation, and operational leadership across regulated and labor-intensive sectors. Early training with the Civil Air Patrol shaped his disciplined, accountability-driven approach to servant leadership that informs how he structures teams and governance today.
Mr. Ip focuses on building durable industrial platforms—aligning capital, workforce, and execution to support long-term manufacturing and defense-adjacent capabilities in the United States.

Dr. Eve Kohestani is a co-founder and strategic leader at Vanguard Industrial Holdings, with a background spanning advanced science, systems analysis, and global strategy. Trained as a molecular biochemist and computational biophysicist, she brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to complex problem-solving and long-horizon decision-making.
Her work emphasizes systems thinking, risk assessment, and institutional design—capabilities developed through years of operating in high-uncertainty environments. Dr. Kohestani is currently an Executive MBA candidate at Quantic School of Business and Technology, with a focus on Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.
At Vanguard, she contributes to strategic planning, governance design, and long-term platform development across advanced manufacturing and defense-adjacent sectors.
